About

We do the part of tokenization that is not a technology problem.

Most tokenization programmes do not fail on the chain. They fail on mandate, on admission, on custody, or on the discovery — late — that nobody designed what happens when a regulator intervenes. That is the work we do.

How we work

Four principles, learned the expensive way.

Resolve the law before the architecture

What a tokenized right is in law, who may hold it, how it transfers and how it is enforced — settled before a line is written. Retrofitting law onto a built system is how programmes stall for a year.

Put the record where the authority already is

A marketplace built beside a register is a second opinion about ownership. Most of the regulatory problem stops being a problem when the authoritative record sits with the body that holds the mandate.

Design the bad days first

Freeze, court order, sanctioned holder, issuer failure, wind-down. A regulated instrument is defined by its abnormal days. If those are not states in the design, they will be improvised under pressure.

Verify against deployed code

A clean risk document is not a secure system, and a control that exists but does nothing is worse than one that is missing. Assurance is measured against what is running.

Team

Core team, and a board that built the infrastructure this sits on.

Programme director for a national registry tokenization programme and a Gulf enterprise build.

Harshil Agarwal

Regulatory partner

Founder, TLP Advisors. Built a major virtual-asset regulator's first framework from inside the authority, then advised VASPs through licensing and compliance under it.
